Passes & Tickets
Welcome to Tallinn Music Week – a weeklong celebration of human curiosity, creativity and freedom. It’s where brilliant artists and thinkers from around the world mix with friendly locals. We’ve designed the festival programme so that there is something in it for everyone. Come for a single concert, talk or performance or take part of the full programme that TMW has to offer.
To meet your needs best, we’ve designed three types of festival passes for our guests. Delegate Passes also include the TMW’s international “Creative Impact” conference and networking opportunities for creative companies, organizations and individuals. Festival Passes and Priority Passes involve everything else besides the industry and conference programme.
Priority Pass
Grants priority access to all festival venues without queues and gives exclusive insight into the the festival.
TMW Priority Pass grants:
- Priority access to all festival venues without queues
- An invitation to the festival’s opening concert on 30 March at Kultuurikatel (RSVP deadline to request an invite on 20 March)
- Access to TMW industry delegate bars in festival venues
- Access to a personal help line (email and phone number) to guide you through the festival programme with personalised programme recommendations and bookings to special events
- Discounts at TMW Tastes restaurants and special events

Delegate Pass
Delegate Pass grants access to TMW’s “Creative Impact” conference and networking events together with priority access to the venues of the music festival. This also includes delegate’s catalogue and other materials plus special offers throughout the festival. The official conference and delegates’ hotel is Nordic Hotel Forum, special offers on accommodation only for registered delegates available at the STORE.
Delegate Pass includes
- Access to all the conference seminars and discussion panels
- Priority access to the venues of the music festival
- Delegate’s catalogue and materials
- Access to online delegate area on MyTMW which includes full contact details for Tallinn Music Week delegates
- Special offers at TMW Tastes restaurant programme

Festival Pass
Festival Pass grants access to all the clubs and venues in the music showcase programme and includes special offers within other festival programmes. In case the venue is sold out entry will be granted on first-come-first-served basis. Keep in mind that if the venue is overcrowded, access will not be guaranteed.

Single Tickets
Single Tickets to TMW events will be available from Estonian ticket provider Piletilevi on 2 February 2017. Single Ticket grants a single entry access to a specific club on a specific day noted on the ticket. Single Ticket will guarantee you priority access to the particular venue. The ticket loses its validity when leaving the venue.

Terms and Conditions
All passes – Delegate Pass, Festival Pass and Priority Pass must be exchanged for a Tallinn Music Week wristband.
All TMW passes grant access to all venues of TMW. Delegate Pass and Priority Pass owners will have priority access to all festival venues without queues. In case a particular venue is sold out, Festival Pass owners will be granted access on first-come-first-served basis.
Delegate Passes can be exchanged at conference info desk on:
- 30 March – 2 April from 10 – 00 at Nordic Hotel Forum’s TMW info desk (Viru Väljak 3)
The Festival Passes and Priority Passes can be exchanged on:
- 28 March – 2 April from 9–21 at the TMW info desk in Viru Keskus shopping centre (Viru Väljak 4)
- 30 March – 2 April from 10–00 at Nordic Hotel Forum’s TMW info desk (Viru Väljak 3)
Priority Pass owners can also request for the wristband to be sent to them with a courier by contacting ticket@tmw.ee.
- If there is a specific act you wish to see, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes earlier. This suggestion applies to all owners or different festival passes as well as single ticket owners. Even if you get priority access at the door, the front of stage area for your favourite artist might be crowded. There is no reserved seating in any of the venues.
- The single ticket grants access to the specific venue on the specific day noted on the ticket. The ticket loses its validity when leaving the venue.
- All concerts and events of TMW festival that end after 11pm have an age restriction of 18+.
- Please be aware that each venue has their own house rules that apply for all the guests.
Discounts and Deals
*Clients of Nordea Estonia and Telia Estonia can buy up to 2 Priority Passes and up to 2 Festival Passes with a special discount code, issued to them by Nordea and Telia, starting from 13 January 2017. Discounts apply to pre-sales from TMW website and Piletilevi, not at the door!

Nordea Gold credit card: – 20%
Nordea Platinum credit card: -30%
All bank cards of Nordea, as well as TMW Delegate Passes, Priority Passes, Festival Passes offer special discounts from 5 to 15% at TMW Tastes programme restaurants.
Telia Estonia clients:
